PRESENCE MARKETING UTILISED VARIOUS ROUTES TO MARKET IN ORDER TO APPEAL TO POTENTIAL RESIDENTS, RELATIVES OF THOSE SEEKING A QUALITY CARE HOME, SOCIAL WORKERS AND HOSPITAL DISCHARGE NURSES.Heart of England Care is a not-for-profit charity that has an impressive track record in providing residential care for people who suffer from dementia and other related illnesses.
With extensive redevelopment planned for their Brookvale Care Home, with works valued in the region of £400k, Brookvale appointed Presence Marketing to tell the redevelopment story and refresh a tired presentation of the brand.
Our marketing communication needed to not only raise the profile of Brookvale but also raise awareness amongst pre-identified audience groups, with the aim of increasing the residency enquiry level.
We needed to capture interest amongst the media and care home industry; and moreover promote Brookvale and, by association, Heart of England Care as forward thinking, with a proactive interest in improving standards of care.
Our multi-faceted marketing campaign comprised of PR, printed literature, community engagement, online and DVD production. We subsequently went on to work with sister Hurstway Care Home.
